12.01.2022 Hey Team, We are already almost half way through the first 45 Day Challenge of 2021, and all our awesome Challengers have been crushing it so far. We have Natasha, training like a machine doing sessions morning AND night daily. ... Then there’s Hayley, who is the personification of will power as she prepares for her wedding day. We have Jen who lifts the heaviest weights available on every set regardless of fatigue or excuses. Then there’s Erin doing extra burpees between sets on the resistance days! And the incredible Madelaine, training non stop amidst her third trimester. We also have members such as Ash & Liz back after the recent birth of their babies. The list of incredible people goes on, we have 60 members participating in this challenge ready to do body scans on Tuesday 9/2 from 5-9:30am. Then they embark on the next 3 weeks with the same great attitudes and higher intensity! We are so proud of all our Challengers for giving 2021 a red hot crack - you are half way there.
