24.01.2022 #F45TRACK BOOTCAMP INFO As per typical Vic weather it's looking like it will be a little wet and windy tomorrow and Friday. Not to worry though, we will still be running our bootcamps on both days. If the weather does turn a little sour the sessions will be moved to the small undercover area behind the pavilion. Being outdoors still though there's a chance you might get wet so we are leaving it up to you as to whether you'd rather cancel or not. ... All sessions are currently waitlisted so please make sure that if you are concerned about the weather you cancel your booking so those on the waitlist have a chance to attend instead.

22.01.2022 Since today is International Coffee Day why not up your coffee game with this #f45Challenge approved Coconut Coffee Protein Smoothie INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp. (26g) vanilla vegan protein powder (or flavour of your choice) 180ml unsweetened coconut milk (carton)... 1 tsp. instant coffee ground 100ml unsweetened coconut cream (canned) 1 tsp. ground cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is formed. 18.01.2022 OG F45 TRAINING IS BACK TOMORROW From Monday November 23rd we will be moving back to our original F45 Training workout (ie. moving around the room and being able to use our all time favourites such as the ropes, sleds and chin up bars!) and increasing our class capacity to 20 members per session. As we continue to navigate COVID-19, we'd like to remind you how important it is that we work together to prioritise the safety of everyone in the studiothis is a team effort. P...lease ensure you continue to follow all government and studio regulations, including upholding the proper cleaning and social distancing requirements while in the studio.
