Start by coming in to the days you really like. Days you know you enjoy the most. From there you can start to train hard and learn to embrace & enjoy the hurt. Once you build the resilience you can start to up your training.

14.01.2022 Trying to eat healthier, but feeling overwhelmed by all the claims on food labels! Here's a few tips to make things easier: If comparing foods, always compare the 100g column, as serving sizes can be deceiving! If you need to compare calories and kJs of two different items, just divide Kjs by 4.2 or multiply calories by 4.2. Its much easier to compare numbers if they are in the same format Look for foods with higher protein, lower sugars and lower saturated fats Rem...ember not all fats are bad, saturated and trans fats are the 'baddies' Not all low fat options are better! When looking to buy low fat items compare the amount of sugar, carbohydrates etc they also have Not all 'light' or 'lite' options are better, this can be deceiving or a gimmick. Compare the label with its 'normal counterpart If you need help guys, just comment below or chat to us in studio

14.01.2022 We're on the look out for a Group Coach to join our growing team This Group Trainer role, will see you running motivating, high energy F45 sessions at our Applecross and/or Canning Vale F45 studio. There is the opportunity to work between both locations or apply for just a single location. During these sessions, you will coach our members to push their limits, while delivering a 5-star service for our members. Training and on-going development is provided to the successful... candidate, with the potential for increased hours and extra work in other F45 studios. This casual role will involve the successful candidate running 4 - 8 weekly F45 Classes, with the opportunity for increased hours with great performance and feedback. Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday morning). Just apply below with your cover letter, resume and availability
