You all should be incredibly proud of all the continuous effort and hard work you have put in to get here. C29 was nothing short of a life changing experience for both us trainers and members. 24.01.2022 Welcome to TECHNIQUE THURSDAYS! The Pull Up.. One of F45’s signature exercises performed during a Resistance session. We all know how challenging this movement can be to grasp so listen up for a few tips on how you can achieve a pull up! ... Power bands: Power bands are the perfect tool to assist with this vertical pull. Tie the band to the bar and use your foot for assistance, this will help reduce the level of strength necessary to get your chin to the bar. Try to minimise the amount of bands used overtime and focus on time under tension during this exercise. Eccentric pull ups: Eccentric contractions are when the muscle is lengthening under load, Start with your chin above the bar, either by stepping or jumping up. Engage your core (this will reduce the rocking movement) Start by doing 3 reps with a 7 second lowering phase. Aim to increase that lowering phase into 12-15 seconds until you can progress into a full body weight pull-up. For you to hit your peak mental and physical performance during the challenge or every day life it is imperative for you to know how to stay well hydrated. ... On Average you should aim for 2-3 Litres of water per day, although you should be increasing this amount if you are heavily exercising, working at a high intensity or are a heavy sweater! Adequate hydration is key when it comes to training, recovering and and performing to the best of your ability!

Did you know he just found out he’s going to be a dad and is trying his best to be a decent role mo...del? And that he’s too embarrassed to let his child see him like this? Did you know that his dad was never around, so he doesn’t actually know how to be a good role model? ..the girl wearing the bright leggings that show her cellulite. Did you know that she was once too scared to even go to the gym, out of fear of what people may think? She once thought that the gym was a place for the already fit people, and that she didn’t belong. Did you know that going to the gym, and wearing those leggings, makes her feel empowered and strong? ..the girl wearing the crop top. Did you know that she has already lost 50 kilos?
