How long have you been a member of F45 Campbelltown? We moved to Campbelltown in March 2020 and have been members since What do you love most about F45 Campbelltown? The trainers! We love the energy, push and banter. The "occassional" burpee is okay too. Danny: F45 has helped me become a better version of myself, to the point where I was able to compete on a representative level of Oztag Helen: On hikes with friends I used to fall behind and take regular breaks. But now I've noticed that not only am I keeping up, I'm not the one "sucking in the seagulls" as Marc would say. You guys are superstars! We ask that you please bring a small donation to class this day and wear red and blue to raise money and awareness for this cause. This is my beautiful Regan At 5 days old. His open heart surgery was a gruelling 11 hour operation. ... This surgery was to fix his small aortic arch and his pulmonary valve which wasn't pumping blood through to the heart properly. He was so brave and strong when mummy and daddy weren't. I’ve been a member for just over 6 months now What do you love about F45 Campbelltown? What’s not to love! The trainers make you feel so welcomed and hyped for the class ahead. They make the class so fun with the tunes pumping and the trainers pushing you to your limits. I love how each class is different which makes me wanting to go back for more classes! What is your biggest achievement at F45? My biggest achievement would have to be losing 9kg over the first two 45 day challenges I did and just noticing how healthier my lifestyle has been since starting! This is amazing to hear Jo!
