25.01.2022 Hello everyone, My name is Tracey Vedelago and I am usually at F45 in the 9am session, or the 5-6pm if I miss a morning! I love working out amongst the F45 community at Camp Hill, it took me years to find a workout that I would stick to and that I enjoyed! Its safe to say I have found the full package at Camp Hill. The F45 program suits me as I like the intense quick 45min workout and that the team is so knowledgeable, ensuring I get so much guidance and support on tec...hnique each and every workout - another huge bonus is I have had great results along the way. I have been a member for about 1.5years and have met so many fabulous people along the way. I have lived in Coorparoo for about 4 years. My 2 children go to Mt Carmel school and my husband is a commercial industrial builder around town. Usually you can find me and my family at Factory 51 - our family owned restaurant. During COVID lockdown I started a new online business @stfranco_store which is a womens online boutique. I have always wanted to do this, and am still pinching myself that I DID! Its been such a blessing to have found such a wonderful community at F45 Camp Hill, I always look forward to the workouts, the chats and of course the coffee after! See more

21.01.2022 Technique Tips from our Trainers! A common issue that we see with a lunge is posture that is broken at the hips and leaning forward. This could be for a number of reasons including poor mobility or balance, tight hip flexors, load too heavy or just not concentrating on form. ... Next time you perform a lunge in studio, start light, slow down and take the time to get it right. Remember your cues - feet set on train tracks rather than a tightrope, front knee not pushing too far forward, back up tall, back knee dropping straight down to the ground. Good luck!

18.01.2022 Technique Tips from our Trainers! Something we often see in a shoulder press is a big curve in the back which puts extra load and stress onto the spine. When working through your shoulder press, ensure that your rib cage is locked down, and your core and glutes are tight and engaged. You may find you need to decrease the weight to focus on getting this right.

17.01.2022 I was selective when choosing an F45 as I wanted to find a gym that was accepting, accommodating and had no ego. Camp Hill F45 is just that, which is why I have been there for 3 years. If you need to modify, they help you. If you want to go hard, they push you. If you are having an off day, they are happy for you to be there just to move your body (whatever effort level that may be) or will encourage rest days where necessary. I have a full gym set up at home, but I keep goi...ng back to F45 because it is an easy set and forget workout that has become my routine. Its easier to commit and follow through with training this way. The constantly changing workouts also make sure you dont get bored. Highly recommend for all fitness levels. - Elise B

15.01.2022 Hi, my name is Michelle Gezorke. I started a F45 Camp Hill a little over a year ago as I was bored with my old gym routine. F45 Camp Hill has certainly cured that boredom. The energy that the trainers bring to every session is great motivation. Thanks to the team for keeping me on track. I mostly train (and chat alot ) at the 9am class with Claire. After class youll often find us next door enjoying a coffee and cheeky bacon and egg sandwich Ive lived the area for a...bout 12 years, currently in Coorparoo with my husband and 2 sons. For work, I run a local tennis coaching business called Tennis For Kids (although we don't just coach kids - teens and adults too!) @tennisforkidsbrisbane. We coach at primary schools in the area and focus on participation and growing tennis at the grassroots. We want our young players to develop a lifelong love of the game and of course, have lots fun along the way. See more

12.01.2022 Technique tips from the team! When doing a squat, its really important to look out for a few things: 1. Feet are set up shoulder width or slightly wider, toes pointed slightly out 2. Feet stay planted to the floor through the entire movement ... 3. You sit back, like you are sitting down into a chair 4. Your knees push out, rather than in - as displayed in our picture here Give these tips a try during your next session!

07.01.2022 Gday, I am Charlie and I have been a member of F45 Camp Hill since the start of 2020. F45 is the first fitness I have stuck at since giving away competitive sport. I go to the 5.10am class and love how you can get in and out after a good session and it starts my day with a great frame of mind. Since starting, I feel so much fitter and a lot more energetic to enjoy other things in my life. I originally started with a friend but I have met a lot of great people which is a tes...tament to Luke and the team for such a great environment to work out in. My wife recently joined up after having our third child and she couldnt have felt more welcome. When I am not at the gym I run a family building company, Mlyne Constructions & Designs. @mylneconstructions We specialise in architectural renovations and new builds. We are very passionate that homeowners can achieve an architecturally designed home at a great price without running over budget. Coorparoo is very important to me. I have lived here my whole life, my kids go to school here locally, and the mighty Tigers Rugby Club is just around the corner.

06.01.2022 Hello! My name is Nellie and I have been training at F45 for a few years now! I love to finish my day with a work out at the 6pm class with my dear friend and workmate, Milly. I am even starting to brave some Saturday morning sessions, something that you couldn’t have paid me to do a few years ago. Luke & his team are so good at fostering a motivating and fun place to work out and to keep me on track!... Some of you may have met me before at Camp Hill Marketplace, where I am co-owner of Espial. We offer a range of fashion, homewares and gifts by talented local designers, and Australian labels. Not a day goes by that I am not grateful for the connection I am able to make with our community through my work. Despite its challenges, I believe this year has only brought us closer Luke, Katie, Teegs, Carlie, Bayley and Michael, you have all played a big part in that through F45!
