07.01.2022 Congratulations to Katrina who was our winner for the August-September 45 Day Challenge Katrina’s total body composition change was very impressive, increasing her muscle mass by almost 2kg and her lean body mass by 3.2kg! Katrina is a good example of how bodyweight is irrelevant. She actually increased her bodyweight but that was due to her significant increase in muscle mass. She ended up losing 1.8kg in fat mass and 3.6% body fat.... Fantastic results Katrina and congratulations!!
