I’d walk past a few times and was attracted tothe tunes blaring from the studio Who was your first trainer, what was your first impression of them? I first walked into a lunch time class and met Nala. First impression very approachable and damn thoselegs go on forever! Most memorable moment? One Saturday during Challenge #29 when the A.M. Team Wolves met early to do Playoffs + Hollywood + extras. Everyone clicked into crazy beast mode that morning and then spent the rest of the weekend complaining that we couldn’t move! Go figure! What was your first impression of ParraCBD? Everyone is really friendly and encouraging What makes us unique? We have really passionate and caring trainers that care about long term sustainable results and members that work hard and have big, beautiful hearts xx What can you remember from your first day and/or week at F45 ParraCBD? I remember seeing stars after my first Hollywood session Since joining F45 parraCBD what is something you can do now that you couldn't dobefore? That’s easy! 08.01.2022 Meet our trainer Robbie Westerweller When did you start at F45 Parramatta CBD? October 2020... What's your favourite class? Tokyo Disco What made you want to become a trainer? I enjoy training a lot and wanted to gain more knowledge. From there I wanted to be a trainer and work in a gym. How did you find your first F45 challenge? My first F45 Challenge was amazing, it was so much fun coaching and training with all the members. I've made a lot of new friends and we all shared similar goals which kept me accountable to mine! My results from the challenge were incredible which made me really happy. Having the right support network helps a tonne, I couldn't of done that without all of the support from the coaches and members! What are 2 things you have learned in your time with the Parra CBD team so far? One of the things I've learnt is that there is such a thing as loving what you do for work as the last 2 months have been super fun. The second thing is that there is always room for improvement and to learn new things no matter how much you know. What was life like for you during our COVID "lockdown"? Life in lockdown was tough, with all of the gyms closed and limited equipment at home I stopped training and got lazy. So I needed that push to get back into training and F45 was it! After completing the F45 challenge, what's your next goal? My next goal is to become fitter by doing more F45 classes and to build more muscle! If I could go back in time what would I tell myself and what advice would I give: Take more risks in life so you don't have any regrets, have fun and step out of your comfort zone! Time for a giggle If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 3 items would you take from the gym and why? Fridge + water - Bench - 30kg dumbbells If all the trainers had a super power what would it be? Super strength and unlimited energy If the world ended tomorrow what would you do today? Probably train chest one last time and then eat the best burgers and desserts. #f45parracbd
