If you're never eating the foods you really enjoy or which give you pleasure, then that's going to result in feelings of deprivation. This weekend is Easter, which means it is ok to eat that chocolate! Don't deprive yourself! Try to enjoy the food, enjoy the company and release any guilt! Create that balance in your diet!

07.01.2022 Lets talk warm-ups & cool-downs. A lot of people skip this when completing their workout. Both warm-ups and cool-downs are extremely important for the body. Warming up before a session will prepare the muscles and the cardiovascular system for the exercise that is about to be performed. This allows for greater range of motion in your session, and helps to prevent any injuries. ... Cooling down the body after a session allows your body temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate to return to resting levels. Stretching your muscles while they're still warm helps to reduce the lactic acid build up, reducing muscle soreness. Ensure you are warming up as well as cooling down before and after every F45 session to aid with your recovery
