To all our amazing members, coaches, F45 Babies and extended families, where ever you are celebrating this New Year, we want you to know how much of an impact you have had on our resilience over the past 12 months. We could not have done it without everyones contribution. It really does take a small thoughtful, dedicated and committed community to pull a year like 2020 together! ... 2020 wasn’t about how much was achieved, but more so a reflective time on how grateful we are for the things we do have and what is important in our lives. Like great health, a good belly bouncing, pee holding laugh with immediate, extended and adopted family and friends and the faith to know, that with this type of support we are able to get through anything!
