20.01.2022 MEET OUR MEMBERS How long have you been a member at F45 Ryde? Since October 2019.... What’s your favourite thing about us? I love that the coaches are supportive and encouraging of your goals. I’ve found it particularly beneficial having conversations about nutrition and macros etc. This has really helped me to understand more about how to fuel my body and build muscle (though I am still working on being more consistent with this What is your favourite class? I’m a fan of Hollywood. I like how it incorporates a variety of cardio and weight exercises. It also gives me a Saturday morning boost of energy before the weekend begins! What is your biggest personal achievement? I would probably say my gradual progression of moving up to using heavier weights which I continue to try to do when appropriate to do so. I’d love to be able to do a chin up without bands one day! Do you feel like you’re getting results? I definitely feel I am getting results. Since starting F45 I have lost around 7kg and feel fitter than ever. It has changed my mindset about exercise which is what I love the most. I train now because I enjoy it and I find it gives me so much more energy!

Favourite class: Tokyo Disco Favourite exercise: Squat and Press Favourite Meal: Sfiha Hobbies: Wing Chun, Resistance Training, Beach Passion: Mindfulness and Fitness Why do you F45: I get to see amazing individuals everyday come to the studio and give everything they have to their sessions and help them be the best person they can be. I am constantly being challenged in the workouts and pushed to my limits.



08.01.2022 MEET OUR MEMBERS Shauna Murray How long have you been a member at F45 Ryde? ... I joined F45 in March 2020 What’s your favourite thing about us? My favourite thing about f45 is how involved the trainers are and how competitive the atmosphere is. It’s good to be in an environment everyday where you’re constantly being pushed. What is your favourite class? Any cardio class that involves the bikes and rowers are my favourite. Foxtrot was the first class I ever did and its still one of my favourites. What is your biggest personal achievement? Probably getting up for the 5am classes. Before F45 I overslept a lot so being up and active earlier in the mornings has changed how I’ve structured my day. I get so much more done when I get up for that first class. Do you feel like your getting results ? Yes I do, every week I notice how much further I can push myself both mentally and physically. Physical changes are nice but getting better at each exercise are the results that push me to come everyday.

I love how much I am pushed and encouraged by the trainers, I also love the team support with other members!... What is your favourite class? My favourite class is Piston, I always feel like I am lifting heavier each time! What is your biggest personal achievement? My biggest personal achievement at F45 would be reaching less than 1:40 on the rowers and being able to do proper pushups! Do you feel like your getting results ? Yes! I have lost over 10kgs, and I am feeling more confident than ever!
