Due to our restricted numbers you will only be able to book for 1 day in advance at this stage. We are now able to hold 20 per class so we are confindent that everyone will get a spot in their fisted class however remember - you will be doing the same workout as the F45Live classes so if you do miss out on a spot you can workout from home. 01.01.2022 Tips For our 4 week Shredders A good way to attack this shred is to break it down into manageable parts, so that it becomes easy to chip away at our goals, day by day, rather than getting overwhelmed by the totality of the 4 weeks. The most proven tips are also often the most simple. Simplicity works and when we master the basics, not only is it easier to maintain a routine, but you’ll also enjoy the process. ... Some of our coaches tips to be mindful of include: 1. Have a consistent wake up time and bed time 2. Make a plan / routine for each week that you can commit to. Plan which workouts you are attending and tick them off on our attendance board to keep accountability. 3. Meal plan and keep healthy wholesome snacks and water on you at all time. Keep good food in the house, and Aim to drink 1L of water per 20kg of Bodyweight per day. 4. Make the most of your workouts and never stagnate. Prioritise quality movements and good reps. Build on it each week and aim for progress every week either in your movement patterns, amount of reps performed, or amount of weight Lifted. 5. What you measure you can improve upon. Purchase a lion heart in studio so that you can objectively track your HR in training. So that you know when to push forward and when to pull back. Aim to keep your heart rate up-to 65-90%max in training and our coaches will be there to ensure you are working within the right zone. 6. Remember to have fun, focus on your lane, and remember Why you started.
