14.01.2022 ! Feeling a little snackish or something a little sweet? Well we got you covered! Try these Caramel Protein Bites ... Ingredients: * 40g Vanilla Protein Powder * 160g pitted dates * 4g rice puffs * 20ml canned coconut milk, reduced fat * 120g cashews, raw & unsalted * 20g desiccated coconut (for rolling) Instructions: 1. Add the protein powder, dates, rice puffs, coconut milk & cashews to a food processor & blitz until ingredients are well combined 2. Scoop 2 teaspoons of mixture into the palm of your hand & roll into a ball. Repeat process for the remaining mixture 3. Add the desiccated coconut to a plate 4. Coat one side of the ball with desiccated coconut. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used 5.
