Well done to those who have managed to get back into routine Remember, don’t be too hard on yourself during sessions if you’re particularly sore - you might need to back it off a bit, letting your body go through the motions to help with recovery, or even give yourself an extra rest day

20.01.2022 ALEXS’ MOVEMBER FUNDRAISER Trainer Alex has been passionate about and fundraising for this cause for a few years now. This year as well as growing the Mo, he’s getting everyone involved with a rowing and squat challenge on Saturday! A message from Alex Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate ...of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. So this Saturday starting at 5:45am he aims to have the rower running non-stop until 10:30am, as well as continuous squats! Run sheet is up in studio or there’ll be opportunity to join in on the morning. Each member will do 5 minutes of rowing and 5 minutes of squats! Alex’s goal is 70km on the rower & 5000 squats!!!
