10.01.2022 Challenge 30 Winners!! Massive congratulations to our two challenge 30 Winners, Eloise And George!! El lost a massive 22cm total as well as 6.4kg! El signed up for the challenge and is now a full time member smashing out sessions every single day! ... George gained a massive 1.8kg of muscle while losing 2kg overall which is an amazing achievement! Over the 45 days George doubled up on resistance sessions to get that impressive muscle gain We couldn’t be prouder of both George and El and can’t wait to see what they can achieve moving forward!
