Here is what your winner, Emma, had to say about her Challenge 29 Experience ... 2020 has been a challenging year for most. I lost my Mum in June this year and it significantly affected my physical and mental health. I knew something needed to change. This challenge, along with the support and coaching of Kelly and Blake, has allowed me to set and achieve goals to improve my health and well-being. 6 weeks later, my mental health has improved out of sight and I have kick started my weight loss and am well on my way to a healthy weight! I am proud of myself for what I have achieved and grateful to F45 Warners Bay for the support and motivation!

Showcased in an entirely new direction, the first of his limited edition artworks will be displayed in a way that is unprecedented in ...his art journey. The exhibition will be open to the public from 9 am - 4 pm Saturday 30th November, across both Mitch Revs Gallery and Makers Creators in Hunter Street, Newcastle.
