25.01.2022 What does your inner voice tell you? You’re in the middle of a workout, it’s FITNESS FOXTROT FRIDAY. All of a suddenly your legs feel heavy, your arms are barely holding up and your lungs are heaving... What does your inner voice say? You know, that voice that has an amazing ability to interrupt at the most inopportune times? Like a coach, but between your ears? Yeah that one. What does it say? Is it encouraging Is it destructive ‘ !?’ ‘ !? More importantly, do you listen to it? If your voice is the supportive cheer squad that we all want on our side, go ahead and listen!!! But if it’s that mean one that knows your deepest insecurities, what do you do? First up! Just knowing that practically everybody has these thoughts, positive & negative, can provide some easing of the mind. They are a perfectly normal response to the physical stress that we put the bodies through when working out. Secondly! It takes practice, but you can flip them on their head. How? Well, remember your ‘Why?’.... look down at your SQUAD towel... and let these feelings fire you up Knowing that once upon a time you would have given in to that destructive voice. NOW you hold on tight, so tight that no one, not even yourself can get in the way. No matter what your inner voice tells you, you’ve got this

24.01.2022 BODY COMPOSITION SCANS NEXT OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR BODY COMPOSITION SCAN IS: Saturday 1st August - 7:20am - 9:30am... Please use the booking App to book your spot. We highly recommend getting a body scans, even if you did not do the F45 Challenge. Body scans are the most objective and accurate way to track your progress. They accurately measure and track: body fat mass & body fat % muscle mass visceral fat bone mineral content key body measurements muscle balance & much more The scans provide exactly the information you need to keep focused, motivated and on track to reach your individual goals. So don't regret not having scans done as you will definitely want to look back at how far you've come - trust us, it's the second biggest regret, only behind not starting F45 sooner. Scans take just 5 minute and must be done before your training session.
