21.01.2022 Lunch like a BEAST, dine like a LADY...swap your biggest meal of the day for lunch. Why it works...most of us are less active in the evenings especially in the cooler months. If you eat a big meal midday you'll have more time to burn it off then if you save it for dinnertime!

16.01.2022 Missed gym for second day in row due my son's croup-like cough, this morning woke us up and vomited...been fine ever since but in effort to spare the other Mums at the gym the same 24hrs, I cancelled....wah! Good thing yesterday was sunny and we got to the park...15kilo 1yr old on my hips as I pushed Ty on the flying fox for ages was good for my upper arms, than and the swings, pully-swing and all the lifting her up and down...
15.01.2022 You might have seen a post recently on how I felt a have stalled in my weight loss...cant tell you how amazing it is to get back to basics! Stripped back the carbs, back on 'loaded salads' & heaps of H2O plus a fresh, full on tabata/lifting real heavy every workout and BAM! she's lookign leaner and meaner in less than 1.5wk!

03.01.2022 Third day havent been able to get a gym sesh in with sick kidlets... might not be able to fit it in, but I'm making up for it in the kithcen, fresh raw vegge and protiens today..nothing else! Heaps of H2O
