I have always been in love with Africa (probably because I'm from Reunion Island in the African zone) their culture and obviously the story behind their hairstyles. As a hairdresser, I believe that they have the most interesting hairstyle and hair texture. Did you know that during slavery, the braids pattern they created were used like a map of the fields in order to escape from their master? ... Black pirates used the same technic to hide their treasures. 17.01.2022 Let's finish this week with this beautiful blonde on @laura.amiee . I just wanted to share few things that I like to do when I do my blondes 1. I like to make it natural and smooth. 2.I like creating a countouring (frame around the face)... 3.I like to do a shadow roots because I hate stripes. 3. I like to mix Balayage and foils because it creates dimension. This is all the technic that I use to create a nice blend. Also, It is easier for you to maintain and you don't have obvious regrowth even after 2 months. 01.01.2022 I love this memory . It's not about the design but about the story behind this pictures. The truth is that I wasn't a barber when I arrived in Perth. I am a hairdresser trained in the beauty pageant industry. I used to work different hair shows! However, when I arrived in Perth I couldn't speak English at all. I wanted to work as a hairdresser but it was impossible with very limited communication with any customer. Therefore, I found a job as barber where u could someho...w managed with my limited english. In addition to learning English, i also had to learn a new craft. I was lucky enough to work along the best in this industry and I entered a few barbering competitions where I won multiple titles. When my language skills improved to the point if being able ti di a proper consultation, I decided to get back to hairdressing where I also won multiple titles. Some of you think that you know my work but let me tell you that you didn't even scratch the surface yet. This year, I will give my best and shows what I can really do in 2021. .
