24.01.2022 As mentioned in a previous email, my changing circumstances have made it necessary to pursue a new direction in life. 23.01.2022 All good- I have someone to quilt this for me and the m sure they will do an amazing job Help! I've just finished putting together this quilt top. It's big - about 82 x 109 inches. Unfortunately I've realised there is no way I can get this through my little Janome (usually I 'quilt as you go' on the big ones) So I'm wondering if there is anyone local that can quilt for me on a long arm. Cash flow is a little tight right now so I'm hoping we can consider a trade... Your ti...me for my fabric (whatever you feel it is worth) And some free advertising to all my followers! Dog Breeds now open for pre-order :) :) Fabric is digitally printed on a lovely quality quilting cotton, 112cm wide. Price is $22 per metre, happy to cut any length. Post is $10 (or can post up to 2m in an envelope for $6 if you prefer) Will show individual pictures, and also the scale on a FQ and 25cm strip.... 20.01.2022 UPDATE ON THESE DOG FABRICS.... Hello everyone, I have had a call regarding the delivery of these dog fabrics. The original delivery time was estimated to be the end of November. As some of you are aware, there is a massive hold-up of container ships at Singapore/Hong Kong which is taking at least 2 months to clear at this stage. To avoid this, our fabric is coming the long way round, via the east coast of Australia. So it will be quicker but unfortunately I can't guarantee that it will be here by Christmas, which is what some were hoping for. So sorry :( I'll let you know as soon as I have any more details, or an ETA. For those that have paid in full, we'll get your order posted asap. 18.01.2022 Is anyone in the local area needing batting or fusible foam? I have new stock - pick up only or contact me for a quote on postage. Batting is 100% cotton, great quality, no scrim so safe to use in microwave items etc. Price is $18 per metre or I can sell a 15m roll for $225. Fusible foam is double sided (fabric can be ironed on both sides) and 58 inch or 147cm wide. Great for making washable handbags that hold shape! $32 per metre.

04.01.2022 Hello my friends, my apologies for being very quiet lately. As you may know, I've had lots of problems with my website but I have a new host company taking it on, so sorry if you have logged in and seen a scary message- no one has been hacking the system, just all the files took a while to transfer over to the new server. Hello Everyone, I am happy to announce that the website should now be working smoothly and I have added loads of new fabrics, and reduced the price on many existing fabrics. (See the On Sale category)... Some things to note: * Due to something called 'caching' it might take a while for my website to show the updated version on everyone's device. A way to hurry this along is to type the full name of the website in your browser - www.fabriclane.com.au If you can see the Native Nursery Range of fabrics on the front page, then it is up to date. Should you have any issues making an order or navigating the site, please let me know. * There may still be some teething issues with the phone app - it is much easier to use a computer, laptop or tablet if possible. * Also, the fabrics now show in 'pages' rather than load automatically. You can click to the new page * Because there has been such a backlog of work, I have not yet added secondary photos to every fabric but will try to do so eventually.
