It's as easy as pie, and you can add your own flavourings to suit. Over the next few weeks I'll be showcasing a few delicious ways to use labne.

The oranges and grapefruit are ripening on the trees in my garden, so it's time to make all the yummy citrus based cakes, jams and biscuits! ***To avoid paying excessive prices for your fruit and veg, always buy produce in season. It makes a huge difference in flavour and price!

05.01.2022 With the grapefruit slowly ripening on the tree, it's the time of year to be making grapefruit curd! Here I've used it in some grapefruit curd and blueberry tartlets, dressed with fresh mint from the garden. The curd has a delightful tang that combats the sweetness.
