Self care doesn’t mean that you have to spend a lot of money on expensive things / you can if you would like to and afford to but self care means can be even going for a walk , having a coffee and as simple as just having a nap and spend time with your self. I love getting my nails done when ever I feel down and also love to have a coffee as a treat.. ... What would you like to do for your self care ?

The whole experience was relaxing and easy, with a full body scrub and wrap, massage and facial. I left feeling like I had been on some kind of week-long retreat but it was only 2hrs. You have no sense of time in there. I can’t remember ever wanting to sit still for 2hrs but I could’ve lay there all day. So...oooo relaxing and warm".
