21.01.2022 Hi Lubna Thank you for your concern I am slowly getting better Been in touch with a Natropath in Melbourne Sent her some of my hair & she check them out & said I had too much toxins in my body & suggested I soak in a bath of Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts ) & Bi carb soda & I added Apple cider vinegar been doing that for nearly 3 weeks as well as my diet is helping me as well DR & Nero surgeons could not help at all What I had was a case of Meningitis with head aches The head aches I am now getting because of the operation on my head I had which I should not of had I think that was all about the money for them & not looking after me Cheers & Thank you again As always Regards Len Dibben

20.01.2022 Hi to all the surfers out there in Face book land & to anyone who surfs Be it A surfboard ,Body board, Stand up board ,Wave ski ,Sail Board ,Boogie board or collector of surfing equipment I have one of my Surfing customers , has had his Len Dibben 7ft 2 x 23x 3 1/8 Mini malibu stolen last week It has a full outline nose to tail with a squared tail FCS Thruster Fin System With a White resin pigmented rails & Bottom With A Faded blue spray to the Deck with A black pin line to set off the Spray It was glossed & Polished The customers name is Clint So if you see this Len Dibben surfboard Contact the police as it has been reported to them or you can ring me personally 93643588 or email [email protected] Hope we get clints surfboard back for Clint It was made in 2010 Cheers thanks for your help Len Dibben

19.01.2022 The 1930's Hallow wooden single fin Surboard I've donated to surfing WA to recognize life members and presidents it is currently being restored by Rodger Goodwin.This photo is only the sanded situation It has to be sealed Then all the Past & Present Presidents & life members added then Finished with a gloss varnish to seal the finished product Cheers Len Dibben.

17.01.2022 This is a 1 meter buzzer originally made in the USA has a single phase Australian Motor to drive the buzzer blades As you can see it is on a metal stand Very easy to work has a safety cover to cover the buzzer blades when not being used it is spring loaded retractable Still works When I was using it i used to Plane urethane foam for surfboards , so I could put in my timber stringers to my design Need Aust $ 200-00

16.01.2022 This Buzzer was made In the USA by a company Called Boice Crane From Toledo Ohio Later moved to other states Started in 1935 I purchaed the buzzer in Western Australia from a guy here in Perth lated1980 early 1990 to buzz Surfboard blanks before I glued up stringers to my required Rocker for performance for individual customers It had a USA Motor But did not perform to my requirements So I added a Australian single phase motor 2 years later Still in great working Condition Has not been used for 15 years as Blanks are now glued up to manufacturers Dimensions Need Aust $ 200-00 Contact Len at 93643588 interstate add 08 Email [email protected] Cheers Lenr

Just to let you into a Secret I am in the throws of trying to sell my collection of vintage surfboards going back to the 1962 to the present, 95 % have been restored as much as i was able to do to there original new condition. 06.01.2022 This is the history of a Dibben Cole 1962-3 original single fin surfboard Custom built in for a customer from We think City Beach Perth Western Australia. The original owner was not remembered by Kevin Clarke . The story is also about a Kevin Clarke Now 73 who lives in Winsconsin USA the town is in the north in the lakes area. The surfboard was made originally for this friend & he would keep it under the City beach tea rooms as a lot of surfer did back then ( Stealing some...thing was never heard of as people respected other peoples property big time This leaving surfboards & your push bike at the teas rooms while surfing or going for a swim was the done thing not a worry ( Times have changed for the worst )& he allowed Kevin to borrow his surfboard After leaving school Kevin Got a job at the Bank of NSW ( Now West Pac) & was transferred to the country for 2 years .On his return in 1966 Kevin heard of a surfboard for sale at a Grantham street a Moblie service station just down the street from his home In Wembley a suburb of Perth Western Australia On seeing the board Kevin could not believe it was the same 9ft 2 he had borrowed 2-3 earlier & for sale at 30-00 Australian pounds , then Kevin pointed out he talked some mates to also buy surfboards & they surfed local beaches in Perth like Cable station Cottesloe Scarborough & also down Mandurah like Avalon ,Miami Surf Beach then know as Anstey .Kevin was in Perth for 2-3 year stretch Then Back to the bush as he notes He did not surf on his return Met a young girl from USA Winconsin name Rosemary they married & he has lived their since The board hung in his family home for years & is now in Geraldton Western Australia about 4-5 hours north of Perth .Where his Brother Now lives & his Daughter & her children have learnt to surf on the Dibben Cole See more
