24.01.2022 REMINDER TO ALL MEMBERS AND FRIENDS OF FACSA --there is no activity at the centre this Thursday, 3rd November because of our Melbourne Cup Lunch celebration last Tuesday. We resume regular activities next Thursday, 10th November 2nd Thursday of the month so Zumba is on!

16.01.2022 Firstly thank you for all those who were concerned about the episode of me getting dizzy after the event at the Annual Christmas Picnic for Family and Friends yesterday, Sunday 4th December at the Glover Playground. I was brought by ambulance to RAH and I am okey now and had been discharged today it was just extreme dehydration because of lack of intake of fluids. Just need to take it easy a bit and think of my health as a 70 year old woman. He he he! As usual I am posting so...me important announcements To All Members and Friends of FACSA: 1. Thursday, 8th December we have An Information and Education Session on Hepatitis B at FACSA premises, Adelaide South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street Adelaide at 1:30pm. This is a free and open event and special giveaway prizes just by being present will be given to participants.Please RSVP for catering purposes to any of the Former office bearers or the newly elected ones. In addition to our own Filipino dishes for lunch other food will be provided by the Hepatitis SA Team. Please don't miss this interactive information and learn about prevention, transmission, stigma, discrimination etc. 2. Thursday, 15th December 2016 FACSA's Annual Christmas Celebration. Please remember he following: -Bring Christmas decorations for your tables, the best decorated table will win a price; -Bring a $10 gift for exchange presents; -Bring the items for donation for the Raffle Basket of Goodies which will be our First Prize; -Solicit Prize Donations from friends and relatives for the other prizes for the raffle draw; -Bring the food items that you are donating for our Christmas Party. 3. 15th December will be our Last activity for the year and we will resume FACSA's activities on Thursday, 12th January 2017. 13.01.2022 This Sunday, 4th December please join FSCCSA(Filipino Settlement Coordinating Council if SA Inc.) & FNSA(Filipina Network SA Inc.) yearly Christmas Family & Friends picnic at the Glover Playground. This is a yearly Free event with free lunch for the Filipino Community their families and friends and especially for the children who will be given presents from Father Christmas. Come one come all by make sure You RSVP that you are coming for catering purposes. Enjoy the day with Filipino music, entertainment, cultural and modern dancing and Get to taste Filipino food and delicacies. Details in the picture!
