14.01.2022 I often get messages and enquiries in the shop asking if we do gluten free waffles. We sure do and they are totally delicious!! :) Most of our waffle options are gluten free so there's no need to think you are going to miss out if you are gluten sensitive or intolerant, we'll look after you! 06.01.2022 An update on the little duckling that found itself out the front of Waffles today all alone and following some lovely customers around for company. We are assuming that it had may have become separated from it's mother on the highway. We have done 3 trips over to the creek to see if we can see other ducks with babies this small but have seen none. There are ducks in the garden park that have ducklings but they are much bigger than this little fella, after a little researc...h we've learnt we can introduce orphan ducklings into other duck families but only if the ducklings are similar sizes. If you're in Cohuna and happen to spot any with tiny babies please let me know where Anyway, at present it's in our lounge room with water. Thankfully parent birds do not recognise their young by smell so a little human contact is okay. Tomorrow we will have another search for its family. Thanks Wendy for scooping him up today to make sure he was safe. xx Jen
