If you would like to book your FREE trial class please contact us ... To see if you are eligible for a voucher please follow the link below https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay What's the program about? Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child or young person, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. Who's eligible? Eligible applicants are Queensland children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who either: 1. hold or whose parent/carer/guardian holds a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the childs name on it; or 2. are identified by a registered referral agent. Please note that there is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year, applications are open twice a year. If a child receives a voucher in the summer (January-April) round of the program, they will not be eligible to apply for the winter (July-September) round of the same year.
