21.01.2022 The MOST caramelly caramel mud cake EVER! (First pic without donuts because the donuts were the gluten-y kind and added in situ at special request ). This cake recipe is made using actual real sugar caramel, not just golden syrup/butter - which is more of a butterscotch. So totally delish

12.01.2022 Totally gorgeous - Pretty in Pink! (Yeah, I name my cakes sometimes ) A gluten free sponge (honestly so good!), layered with raspberries and mascarpone, and covered in hand painted flowers.

12.01.2022 It was such an honor and a joy to make this cake! For @terryevans331 who is indigenous, a musician, teacher, artist - he asked me to use aboriginal colours, to include a treble clef and for it to be vanilla... and the rest was up to me. I was nervous about copying indigenous artwork - I certainly don’t want to offend or disrespect - but when I started making it I was overwhelmed with messages of support form the spirits and custodians of the land around me ... it wa...s a humbling feeling. 06.01.2022 You know those cravings you get sometimes, that linger until you’ve found just the right thing? Chocolate caramel slice is one for me, and when I had to go gluten free I dreaded ever finding - or making - one that was as good as my gluten-y recipe. Imagine my surprise when I tried a gluten free version... and it was BETTER!! I recently heard of a brand that sells gf choc caramel slice commercially so I went and found it to try, and then gave it away - it wasn’t worth the e...xpense at all So I am resolved to making my own from now on!
