18.01.2022 Learn the mechanics of the fundamental movements; establish a consistent pattern of practicing these same movements, and, only then, ratchet up the intensity of workouts incorporating these movements. ‘Mechanics,’ then ‘Consistency,’ and then ‘Intensity’. Mechanics is how a movement is performed.This is ensuring that we move through the full ranges of motion in a proper position ensuring safety and stability. Consistency is the performance of proper movement repeatedly.... Having proper mechanics is one thing, but then to perform them properly over and over again is another. Intensity is only introduced once you have consistent mechanics, its now time to increase the intensity of the movement (i.e. increasing load). Always remember that intensity is relative to YOU and unique to YOUR ability. Swallow your pride, and get things right.It will ultimately be worth it! - CrossFit #FDCF #CrossFit
