16.01.2022 Motivation Monday when you get up at 4.30am, train clients for 7 hours and drive home an hour......what do you do? Well Kev grabs an electrolyte drink, gets changed, gives quick kisses to the kids and head off for a quick 5k run, 10k bike ride and said, see ya for lunch! Then continues the day being Dad and husband, shopping and cooking dinner, attending school meeting and general home stuff! Kev lives his life to inspire and motivate you all that a healthy, fun, fit life is achievable for all.

11.01.2022 Wednesday Workout This week you have a partner workout: with a friend do the 5 exercises for 1 min each and repeat 2-3x -jump squat with an in air double high five -chair pose squat with cross arm hand grip... -push up with alternating hand slap -face to face front or back single leg lunges -partner alternating burpees let us let us know how you went and feel free to share comments and photos of your session.
