Due to the state of the hospitality industry, he was unable to find a job in local restaurants, and we were more than happy to help him out. Our house made vegan béchamel cheese is a mix of creamy cashew cheese and whipped silken tofu, seasoned with nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Its creamy and super delicious, we are really proud of it. This dish is a winner.

Dobber's Balkan Brisket Goulash has been offered on our menu since March this year, and is extremely popular each and every time we make it.

10.01.2022 We're now stocking Casalinga Sourdough bread every day, baked fresh daily by the legends at Rustica. Their Sourdough breads are prepared using a traditional sourdough process; a three-day, time honoured baking process that allows ingredients to fully mature ensuring an enhanced flavour. All breads are kneaded and moulded by hand, before being allowed to rest over night, then baked fresh each morning.
