02.01.2022 Did you know....Dr Rafal Jedraszczyk was born in Poland and grew up in Canada where he completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at Brock University in St. Catharines. At University, he was part of a study which supported the hypothesis that life skills are able to be taught social games in at risk youths. He Participated in a Solidarity Experience Abroad program in Peru helping disadvantaged children in shanty towns. The program assisted the villagers in building stairs, pro...vided school supplies and assisted with excursions which allowed the children to experience grass and a playground for the first time. Rafal joined the Canadian Defence force serving 6 years in the infantry and 4 years in the medical stream as a healthcare administrator He then moved to Australia where he completed medical school at James Cook University in 2016 and commenced GP training through James Cook University GP Training program in 2018. He is very passionate about patients living life to the fullest by being active and healthy. Rafal is interested in emergency medicine, rural medicine and classic cars.
