24.01.2022 When attending the clinic, you may be asked to wait outside as we have limited seating inside due to the new Government Legislation and the new social distancing rules. This also allows us to keep our patients and staff safe during the current coronavirus outbreak. When you arrive, please call 07 3844 1100 if you have concerns about coming into the clinic. If you are concerned about coronavirus or have any respiratory symptoms - including cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose..., short of breath, muscle aches, diarrhoea (including very mild symptoms of cough, runny nose etc), please call us on 07 3844 1100, so we may organise a telephone consultation - please do not come to the clinic. We have introduced these measures as even a single case of coronavirus can shut down our clinic, which will impact on the delivery of healthcare to all our patients. While we appreciate that the vast majority of respiratory illnesses will not be due to COVID-19, we cannot rule this out as a cause without testing. Due to the current testing criteria and the limited availability of test kits, we are unable to test most patients with respiratory symptoms. However, as there have been community transmissions of COVID-19, many patients who may have this virus may not fit the criteria for testing. Remember that COVID-19 can present with very mild common cold like symptoms! We ask all our patients to limit outings to a minimum to prevent any risk of contracting the virus, and to stay 1.5 metres away from the people around you where possible. Help us flatten the curve! Thank you.

21.01.2022 As the relaxation of social distancing regulations begin in Queensland, please do your best to always stay updated and informed. Continue to abide by the guidelines and assist us in flattening the curve even more. Thank you.
