On the recommendation of my @simonschusterau rep Liz I cooked this One-pan chicken curry rice last night and it lived up to the description given. Basically, Yum!! Jules and her identical twin George the pig have a lovely day together, even though George is sometimes unwilling. I love how Freya conveys family life in such a warm and realistic way. 18.01.2022 Sofie Laguna’s latest book has just arrived and today you can actually come into the shop and buy it!!! We are very happy to be welcoming people back for personal shopping. There are just a few things to bear in mind: sanitise your hands, wear a mask, keep your distance, minimise the handling of stock and keep your visit to 15 minutes. And we will be restricting the number of people in store at any one time. Stay safe everyone and HELLO again!! And thank you for sticking with us during this long winter of lockdown. 17.01.2022 Shopping early for Christmas will mean you have the best chance of getting what you want and also avoid problems of crowding. Shops need to be careful with the numbers of customer in their shops so avoid the hassle and shop early!!

Though we would all like to have 2020 finished as soon as possible, it is a slightly daunting thought of how much needs to be organised before then. A young boy is traumatised and goes on to live an insular and lonely life but eventually rediscovers his love of drawing and painting. @sofielagunabooks builds the tension at various times to an almost unbearable level as you hope Lawrence doesn’t go down a certain path.
