11.01.2022 Students across NSW are returning to school this week, but if your child is not feeling well, please keep them at home. Even if they have mild COVID-19 symptom...s, ensure they stay in and get tested immediately. Call your GP or visit a testing clinic. If you visit a public testing clinic, check on the website that they test primary or secondary school aged children. When you get tested for COVID-19 it’s free, quick and easy. Most people in NSW receive their test results within 24 hours. Students with flu-like symptoms will need to be tested and provide a copy of a negative COVID-19 test result and be symptom-free before being permitted to return to school. Let’s all do our part to keep our NSW schools safe and open. For more information about COVID-19 testing for your child visit: https://www.nsw.gov.au//how-to-prote/symptoms-and-testing

03.01.2022 Today is R U OK? Day The message for R U OK?Day 2020 is: 'THERE'S MORE TO SAY AFTER R U OK?'... 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who are able, be willing to support those around us. In the lead-up to R U OK?Day we’ll help Australians know what to say when someone says they’re not OK and guide them through how they can continue a conversation that could change a life. You don’t have to be an expert to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. By knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis, which can make a really positive difference to their life. Check out @ruokday and their website for great resources and advice for how to check on your people
