24.01.2022 Lucky enough to catch up with these Tourism Tribe gurus again last night. Wanted to give a little shout out to all that they do to help us small businesses that are juggling away out there. Also our story at Fairweather Farm Cottage made up part of the RACV Victoria Tourism Industry Councils Awards submission last night. It all started with the Pop-Up restaurant at this little cottage, then moving into the hotel & now the cottage is converted into a BnB. ... We are thrilled at Alexandra Hotel to be winners in the Standard Accommodation & Tourism Restaurant & Catering Categories. If you haven’t check out the hotels Facebook page it’s under The Alexandra Hotel (yes there’s a few of them around the world). Oh and you can also book the Cottage on Airbnb.

21.01.2022 Day 2 of being closed. A day at the farm. Got to hang out with my dad & pick apples and figs, talk to the goats and watch the baby cows next door. I guess I’ll try and make something with this produce now - maybe for the foodstore at the hotel this Saturday if it’s successful.
