21.01.2022 Just went for a beautiful yoga practice this morning! What are you doing at the moment to nurture yourself? Starting to take bookings for March if you feel a little out of sorts and need some balance put back into things. Have a gorgeous weekend everyone!

If anyone is interested in booking a session, I'll be offering 6pm appointments on some weekdays and then spots will be available on some Saturdays and Sundays. 03.01.2022 Had a very moving first session in the new house with Mish! And she gifted me this beautiful runner, not knowing at all what it even was. It couldn’t be any more perfect for the room! If you would like some chakra balancing and are feeling a bit depleted of your energy stores then get in touch. I have a few spots still available this month.

03.01.2022 Have you ever had your ears candled? It's the most amazing blissful experience, so relaxing and very very satisfying when you see all that wax come out of yours ears. I'm going to start offering this service so if anyone would like to make an appointment then please let me know. Inclusive of a neck and head massage, you know you want to! $50 BTW June will be the last month to get your reiki by donation. ... From July 1, prices will be set at $50 for half an hour $75 for an hour or $100 for hour and a half. So what are you waiting for? $10 discount offered for your first session!
