Just melt in the mouth delicious Belgian chocolate truffles. The range begins with six Bush flavours - Roated Wattleseed, Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey, Lemon Myrtle, Wild Hibiscus, Davidson Plum,& Desert Finger Lime & Ginger. 22.01.2022 What a week it has been exploring the wilderness of Tasmania on the Overland Track. We even found some of those beautiful Tasmanian Pepperberries which will be going straight into our Lemon Myrtle & Tasmanian Pepperberry chocolate this week.

21.01.2022 We went to the Australia launch of Lee Ji-Hyung's movie "The Faith" last Friday and what a great, inspiring and touching movie it turned out to be. Based on the real life story of a Korean Pastor who, while not giving too much away, stood strong in his faith in God during the Japanese occupation of his country prior to, and during WWII. If you would like to see this movie on the Central Coast give your local cinema, such as the Avoca Beach Cinema and request it's showing. Give them our contact and we will put them onto the distributor.

19.01.2022 Have you ever stored chocolate in your refrigerator, then when you went to eat it, the chocolate had a white look to it? Did you eat it or throw it in the bin like many people tend to do? Well firstly your chocolate isn't old or not eatable, it has just developed a water bloom, which certainly doesn't look real great. This is from the condensation in your fridge. Well over the last three months we have experienced water damage to our building which has limited our production ...to a minimum. We hope to have our water problems rectified quickly and get back into full production so we can share with you all our new Tastes of Australia and Cafe Select range of chocolates. See more

Yesterday afternoon we had Korean actor Lee Ji Hyong drop in to try some of our organic Belgian chocolates, and he headed back home to Korean with our 74% Dark chocolate infused with native lemon myrtle and Tasmanian leatherwood honey, plus our Rose infused 58% dark chocolate and 74% dark Espresso. Not just one of each, but an abundance of each chocolate. The first person to name the up-coming movie, based on a true story, that Lee stars in will win ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS worth of mouth watering organic Belgian chocolates.

10.01.2022 The first batch of our new truffles infused with Australian native bush flavours has been finished and hand wrapped. This one features a dark chocolate shell on the outside with a melt in the mouth white centre infused with wild hibiscus flower. Today, we will have our lemon myrtle and Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey completed.

Our production schedule should then get back into top gear as we introduce our full range of Australian native bars and truffles in three weeks time.
