02.01.2022 Momentum is a force the propels you forward. But its unlocked through You. 1. Momentum is a You decision!! You have to decide to move forward, to keep goin...g, to stay the course. In a weight loss journey its easy to lose the weight but its hard to keep it off. Motivation gets things done but momentum is what keeps it going. 2. Your momentum is contagious!! Once you get going itll be contagious. Your momentum is like air to a fire it makes it grow. And if you stay in your momentum it will rub off on those close to you. Just keep the push! If we look at the Israelites when they left Egypt it took them 40 years to make a 11 day journey. They were freed from Egypt by Moses but they had no momentum to make the journey in time. Instead they stayed in the wilderness far too long. Dont stop your momentum by staying in the wilderness too long. Keep moving forward and dont stop going. Its up to You and its through You that others can find momentum too. Keep moving forward Much love family
