24.01.2022 I've had that constant lost, drowning feeling lately. Actually if I am honest not just lately, probably more for a good few months now. 24.01.2022 SUNDAY LOVING || I've said it before and I will say it again - "A Sunday well spent really does bring a week of content." I love nothing more than spending my Sunday filled with a mix of Work, Play & Prep which is exactly what today has been filled with. 13.01.2022 It is with mixed emotions that I write this post. I have started and stopped typing it out so many times over the past couple of weeks but deep down I know I have made the right decision for me at this current point in time. Some of you may have noticed that I quietly reopened my online store last week. Many of you probably didn't as my posts and interaction has been very sporadic over the last several months as I have battled with my head and my heart. I want to tell... you that my priorities and passions have changed but if I am being completely honest they haven't really changed at all; I've just started finding myself again and listening to my heart and soul. I have realised that I can no longer do it all and if I want to make my dreams a reality I have to let some things go. Which is why I will be closing Faith Laine for the remainder of the year. So what does this mean? 11.01.2022 One of the best pieces of advise I was given when I became a parent was that "EVERYTHING IS A PHASE, AND NOTHING LASTS FOREVER" and while it is great parenting advise it is actually even better #lifeadvise The past couple of months have been hectic and it has meant that I have had to priorities my life differently. I've spent less time doing the things I love and had to step back from being active on social media to juggle my time differently. While it wasn't idea...l (who knows if my posts will even be seen after being so MIA) and at times it frustrated me greatly I always knew it was only temporary and wouldn't last forever. I knew this chapter of my life would pass and I would again be able to priorities what is most important to me. Life is full of highs & lows; happiness & sadness; stressful & enjoyable times. Reminding yourself that "EVERYTHING IS A PHASE, AND NOTHING LASTS FOREVER" will not only help you make it through the hard times but will make you appreciate the good times.
