22.01.2022 Why following a rigid plan isn't all that's required for results... It really doesn't mean anyting to follow a plan and see results. That's kinda like memorising something for school and just memorising the spoken words. ... When you truly understand WHAT gives you results and HOW to do it for you, then you can't be stopped. Too often I see trainers telling their clients what to do but not showing them how to do it themselves. That isn't freedom. It's just doing what you're told. Lifelong results occur when you learn at the same time as implementing a plan. Have you ever just done something without understanding the why or the theory?



21.01.2022 3 Reasons why I do what I do.. 1) I'm a people person. Talking and engaging with people legitimately makes me happy. I fully cringe whenever I hear people say that they 'hate people' lol. There is no more of a negative way to live than that. Humans are cool and creative. Sure, there are jerks... but just separate yourself from them 2) Positive physical health means positive everything health. Helping people discover this is deeply satisfying... 3) I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else. I've been heavily focused on movement and sport since I can remember. It makes sense to choose a career that is in line with that. For that I'm really blessed to have found that. What are some of the reasons why you do what you do? Are they in line with a personal interest you had at an early age?
