02.01.2022 Falls Creek will delay the opening of the ski lifts for the 2020 snow season until 6 July (conditions permitting) due to challenging early-season conditions. Th...e delay is to ensure that Falls Creek can open enough terrain to provide a safe experience in accordance with the COVID-19 Safe Operating Plan. Vail Resorts is offering full refunds on all lift, lesson and rental purchases for the period 24 June 5 July. Vail Resorts will keep the Epic Australia Pass on sale until 5 July and will also allow guests until this extended date to request a refund at epicaustraliapass.com.au. 2020 Epic Australia Pass, 2019-20 Epic Pass and 2019-20 Epic Military Pass holders will be advised shortly of the timing and process for pass access reservations for the period 6 to 12 July. 01.01.2022 Welcome to season 2020, we are feeling very lucky to be here. Like everyone we have had to make some changes to the way we operate. Some things you will notice are: limited numbers inside our venues online ordering and contactless pick up to skip the queue... cashless purchasing (sorry we know this is a pain for some people but we come from a place of doing whatever we can to keep everyone safe) Online ordering is web based (so you don’t need an app) and can be done from the chairlift or at our venues, you will get a text when your goodies are ready and we invite you to collect them from our takeaway window at Blue Brumby and the barista corner at Dicky Knees. If you want to come into our venues we will need you to register which we can be done via the guest book on our website, www.fallscreekfood.com.au/guestbook. We understand that no cash payments may inconvenience some people, particularly all the gorgeous Race Club kids who regularly visit us. If you would like to set up a prepaid account for your children (which we will encourage them to use responsibly) then please contact us we are happy to help.
