Lilley is our talented Massage Therapist, who is highly experienced in all forms of Massage including Remedial, Relaxation, Sports, and also Lymphatic Drainage. She has recently added Cupping and Myospray, to her many techniques, and is soon to be qualified in Dry Needling! ... Alyse is our amazing Degree Qualified Myotherapist with over 13 years experience. Our ...receptionist Silva will be in the clinic to take your calls, however she will not be in as much as usual, hence, if you can’t get in touch, we ask that you always leave a message with our answering service, please be patient, and she will call you back once she is back in the clinic. POSTURE- sit with shoulders back and relaxed, tuck in chair and place feet firmly on the floor SCREEN TIME- reduce recreational screen time where possible NUTRITION- eat a healthy and balanced diet, filled with lots of fruit, veggies, and water ...
