16.01.2022 If you are a person with disability, or care or work with people with disability, you may be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine in phase 1a and 1b of the vaccine rollout. A vaccination will help protect you and your community. It’s safe, free and voluntary. You can use the COVID-19 vaccine eligibility checker to find out when you can receive a vaccine or call the Disability Gateway on 1800 643 787.... Please be patient. COVID-19 vaccinations are in high demand so you may need to wait a little while for your appointment. If you need information in a language other than English, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450. If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can call the National Relay Service on 133 677. For tips on how to talk with your friends and family about raising respectful kids, visit www.respect.gov.au/resources... #StopItAtTheStart #respect

That’s right the maximum rate for each payment is now $50 a fortnight higher than it was yesterday. This is a permanent change, and the biggest of its kind since 1986! Another permanent change is an increased income free area for JobSeeker Payment, Parenting Payment (Partnered) and Youth Allowance (Other) recipients.
