08.01.2022 Very Excited, my little business is forging ahead with a new customer. The butcher in Mackay where I purchase my meat for my Jerky, Cliff from George Street Butchers has asked to have my product in his shop. Cliff’s meat is amazing grown locally in Bloomsbury and his range is extensive, he supports locals stocking Eungella milk and now my Jerky. I honestly thought this little project of mine would just be a flash in the pan but with the amazing support I’ve received from Ru...ssell Kirkwood and the miners at BMA Saraji and my Online customers it has gone from strength to strength, with saying that I have decided to put some professional touches with new labels I hope you all like what we have come up with.
