24.01.2022 Ok parents, hands up if tummy time is a struggle! Tummy time is so important in developing core stability, upper body strength, visual fields and hand-eye co-ordination. Starting tummy time as early as possible will help your little one to be comfortable with it and help with their early development. As newborns, babies should be spending as much time on their tummies - supervised naturally - as possible.

14.01.2022 We love having breakfast already made when we get up in the morning! Give this easy 3 ingredient chia pudding for a simple healthy breakfast or snack! Ingredients 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice... 1 teaspoon honey toppings of your choice - berries, granola, nuts etc Instructions Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let it settle for 2-3 minutes then mix well again until you see no clumps. Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. When you're ready to eat it, top with your favourite fruit and enjoy cold! See more

Ingredients: 400g Chickpeas 2 x Garlic Cloves... 20ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1tsp Salt 1/4tsp Ground Cumin 2tsp lemon juice 30ml Tahini 4tbsp Water Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. Add extra oil or water if the mixture is too dry.

04.01.2022 Dealing with colic is hard! The heartbreak of not being able to help your baby settle combined with sleep deprivation makes this very stressful. While there's no absolute way to cure colic there are a few ways to try and make baby more comfortable. - Breastfeeding mums can experiment with their diet and try to eliminate irritants such as dairy, gluten and caffeine. - Bottle feeding mums can try different formulas and probiotics - Burp your baby as much as possible while feeding. - Try different feeding positions to see what works best for your baby.
