18.01.2022 Sometimes we feel and seem ANGRY all the time irrationally it can feel uncontrollable!... But anger comes from a deeper cause. You can ask yourself: Why am I feeling this anger? What am I really feeling? What is it trying to do for me? (Connection, protection, company) What do I really need? (Safety, control, company) And think of 3 ways you can meet and feel those needs that are not in anger. Write them down... (breathing, call a friend, go for a walk, do the laundry...)
