05.01.2022 This afternoon I had a trip to my GP with one of my daughters for a check up...he had previously been treating her for a mild case of acne. He noticed her skin looked a little better and told her to use an exfoliating treatment. I piped up and mentioned the Rodan + Fields Micro-Dermabrasion Paste. 05.01.2022 Fancy Face has been quiet lately sometimes life just gets crazy and takes over and then sometimes youve got nothing to say or sometimes youre just enjoying the quiet, the peace away from technology. Over the last few months I started meditating (trying) and finally my thoughts have started to slow down and that inner voice telling me that I must be somewhere, or organize this or that, is taking a back seat well at least until meditation is over, then the crazy revs up... again. Last night I started out on the journey of Yoga. For an over thinker I thought Id have some challenges, especially when you have to be present in the now and forget everything around you for that single hour, hear nothing except your own breathing, concentrate so hard that you dont fall over when youre balancing in Warrior pose or tree pose. Let me tell you, it was the best one hour of ME time ever! Learning about the foundation of yoga chakra, allowing me to feel more grounded, focused and balanced. Cant wait until next week!
