25.01.2022 My last project for 2015. Bride & Groom topper made from sugar paste. Time for a break until January. Have a wonderful Christmas everyone.

25.01.2022 Last weeks Wedding cake. Featuring gold textured fondant, and my handcrafted sugar tulips, peonies, billy balls and ranunculus. Cogratulations Amy and Scott. Thanks for being such an easy bride to work with Amy.

24.01.2022 35km done out of 100km. I am almost half way to my goal of raising $1000 for those whose sight can be returned to them for just $25. I would love it if I could achieve this goal if you are able to donate.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to Tamsin and Dave on their marriage. I created this cake to tie in with their theme of hearts. The cake features rolled fondant, edible ribbons, hearts and pearls.

20.01.2022 Really enjoyed making this cake with the theme of Superheroes and Villians for triplets turning 18.

18.01.2022 This was a cake for my daughter Carina who loves Swing Dancing. The cake featured silver and black cashews around to the back of the cake and painted silhouettes with a fondant skirt on the lady. Happy 21st Carina. I love you heaps!

17.01.2022 Here is a cake I made for Costume and Ballet Centre. They have served WA for 40 years and have done an amazing job. The pointe shoes I have made from sugar paste.

16.01.2022 This was a very special cake because I made it for my neice and her new husband! The biggest challenge I faced was not making the icing ruffles or the marble effect, it was trying to transport the cake all the way to Melbourne. Congratulatione Keran and Jake, I love you both.

16.01.2022 I had the pleasure of meeting a very special Bride-to-be for this Wedding cake. We had a lot of fun designing their cake to fit in with their colour scheme. So here is the cake with hand painted and crafted sugar anenome flowers. Congratulations Peter and Dee. It was lovely working with you Dee.

14.01.2022 My inspiration for this engagement cake was from the artist Romero Britto. Erin and Pete you are very dear to my heart and I am so excited for the adventure you will both share together.

14.01.2022 This cake was created for a 21st with an underwater theme. It was so much fun to airbrush and to create edible fish, shells, isomalt bubbles and coral.
