The 'Galette des Rois' is a French dessert shared to celebrate 'Epiphany' on the 6th of January, however we all love enjoying this sweet treat during the entire first month of the year ... We have 2 options to choose from this year Round 20cm diameter, 6 to 8 serves using French puff pastry $35 Round 30cm diameter, 10 to 12 serves using French puff pastry $48 Each Galette comes with a 'fève' (charm) and a crown Take away by appointment only from Stirling, from midday on the 6th and throughout January. The Galette has a figurine (fève) hidden in the almond cream. Whoever finds it in their slice becomes the King or the Queen for the day and they can wear the crown that comes with the Galette. To make it fair and fun, French families celebrate this tradition by having the youngest kid go under the table to then choose who is to have the next slice that the parent is cutting. #fantaizicake

I'm really grateful for many things that happened to me that year. Thanks to Rachel for trusting my creativity ... At this time I was thinking to use fuschia colour and orange, with gold. But then once in front of my blank canvas cake, I decided to go blue pink and silver, using a stencil and my airbrush, and tadaaa!
