19.01.2022 TOMORROW we start our latest 12 WEEK CHALLENGE! It is open to all ages and fitness levels and we run the challenge in a way we can cater to all! Whether you are wanting to lose weight or just tone up, the "Beach Bod Challenge" is for you! Only $130 for 12 weeks! Includes weekly boot camp, weigh-ins (inc weight, body fat, hydration, muscle mass, measurements), nutrition advice, 7 fitness tests to cover cardio fitness, upper body, lower body and core strength. STARTS TOMORROW SAT 7 NOV!!!!!!!!
